See which devices are linked to your CaixaBank user profile and remove any you no longer use. Simply go to the Security section, located under Personal Settings in your online account.
Bear in mind that a device is only linked to your account when you confirm your identity using your signature method. This ensures that only you can authorise new access.
In the Security section you can:
View all the devices you’ve logged in with, categorised by type (mobile, computer, etc.) and operating system.
See the first and last login date of each device.
Unlink any devices you no longer use. If you choose to log in from them again in the future, you’ll need to confirm your identity once more.
