Manage the devices linked to your online account with ease
See which devices are linked to your CaixaBank user profile and remove any you no longer use. Simply go to the Security section, located under Personal Settings in your online account.
Bear in mind that a device is only linked to your account when you confirm your identity using your signature method. This ensures that only you can authorise new access.
In the Security section you can:

View all the devices
Monitor all the devices you’ve logged in with, categorised by type (mobile, computer, etc.) and operating system.

See the logins
You can see the first and last login date of each device.

Unlink any devices you no longer use
If you choose to log in from them again in the future, you’ll need to confirm your identity once more.
Tips to stay in control
- Regularly review your linked devices.
- Remove any that you no longer use.
- If you’ve logged in from a device that isn’t yours, such as someone else’s mobile, a work computer, or a public terminal, make sure to remove it from your linked devices to prevent unwanted access.
- If you don't recognise a device, unlink it.
