You can request it from CaixaBankNow as we explain here, or by talking to your adviser through the app.

It is a portion of your balance that you cannot use temporarily, for example, due to pending cash or cheque deposits, withholdings by the Tax Agency, or garnishments. You can check it in CaixaBankNow under Accounts > My Accounts by clicking on the withheld amount.

You can reset your password from our channels:

• On the imagin app: go to the “Recover credentials” option or tap “Can’t log in?”
• On the website: go to the section "Have you forgotten your login credentials?".
• At an ATM: go to “More operations” > “CaixaBankNow password and signature” > “Recover CaixaBankNow password”.
