CaixaBank applies enhanced measures to verify your identity when you log into your online account and for certain transactions. This protects your information and transactions against misuse.

• You will clearly see what services are included in each product and their associated costs.
• Banks send to the Bank of Spain information about their fees, making them easier to compare.

• You can revoke a debit authorisation as long as CaixaBank does not receive the order.
• If you don't agree with a debit, you can request to return the bill unconditionally within 8 weeks.
• If you did not authorise a charge, you can dispute it up to 13 months later. If it is confirmed that no valid authentication existed, a refund will be issued.

You have the option to use financial aggregators to check your accounts and make payments from a single application. You can also view information about your accounts at other banks on the CaixaBank website or app.

Complaints related to payment services must be resolved within a short time. If the case requires more time, you will be informed in advance with an explanation.

You can transfer your payment account to another bank for free. The transfer may include the migration of direct debits, transfers, and the available balance, unless there are outstanding financial obligations.
